As we move forward with shortlisting process, kindly receive the below challenges and send us a brief proposal on how your team intend to solve the challenges below:
: Implement tele-mental health services and awareness campaigns via digital channels to address stigma and provide support.
Online therapist and helper, as well as connection to real therapists. When they're not available, or if you just want to talk to something really quick just to talk to somebody really really quick, then the AI would be there. We'd have to use a pretty good open-source AI voice model and understanding model, but I think we can definitely make it happen.
A form which they fill out. This is what's this is sort of like ticking off the things which are also looked at, such as age, etc. Even high school is the exam exactly that. Once we have that information, they would say that if a therapist does come in, then at least they have that information to start from. With the AI, it would have pre-information to go from the name, the problem, the age, etc. So I think that's

Like you also said, whereby people are able to assess themselves before they can see a virtual therapist or before an actual therapist can come in to help identify areas that they're struggling with through normal assessment questions (basic things, yes/no questions):
Through that self-assessment, it takes you to a diagnosis to say "oh you might be struggling with this and this and this". Would you like ways in which you can be helped to solve this problem, and then it comes up with a list of solutions as to how you can battle through this mental illness whatever it is. And then it asks you as well "would you like to see a therapist regarding this", and then someone else comes in.
Inclusive Learning Tools: Create foundational learning application tailored for learners with hearing impairments, incorporating multimedia and sing language support to foster inclusivity.
SignAvatar Studio — Convert text or recorded signs into a lifelike 3D/2D avatar that signs lessons, so every lesson can have localized sign-language versions without rehiring interpreters.
Teacher Training and Support:
Design digital training modules, virtual mentorship programs, and e-learning platform to enhance teacher skills, especially in remote areas.
Resource and Inventory Management: Platforms for tracking, ordering and managing textbooks and other educational resource to ensure timely distribution.
An application that any school can sign up for. Every school will then be shown on this platform publicly and shown to the government. It will show their resources (computers, textbooks, chairs, tables) and it can then have:
How many students there are in the school
How many are missing
How many are missing a math textbook, for example
One school can have 3 more textbooks that can be transferred to another school with very low resources
This can give the ability for the public to go on and say "Hey, I can see these schools are struggling. Let me send money as a donation. It will go into textbooks that would be able to buy this many textbooks."
Talent Discovery and Training Infrastructure: Foster local talent development through digital talent scouting platforms and online training programs.

Shortlisted candidates will be informed on 06/10/2025, Monday, and are expected to be at NIPAM on 07/10/2025, Tuesday, at 17:00 for further orientation.
